The annual Cancer Awareness Prayer Service was hosted on Oct. 13, as a joint effort between the Alumnae Association and Bernadette Chapter of the National Honor Society. Luminaries were placed in the Grotto in honor of cancer fighters, survivors and/or in memory of those who have passed away from cancer. Proceeds benefited the Miami Cancer Institute, Castaways Against Cancer and the Live Like Bella Foundation.
